Members of the media are encouraged to call the MEES Program Office as their first point of contact when writing or producing a story about research discoveries or news regarding MEES Research. Our goal is to provide a prompt, informed response to media inquiries.

The MEES Program Office will assist members of the news media with access to faculty members, staff and facilities regarding news stories related to research news and discoveries.
TV/Video/Photography Guidelines:
Video camera crews and photographers wishing to shoot video footage or photography on our campuses must obtain prior permission. Videographers and photographers must be accompanied by a member of our staff when shooting inside any facility.
Photo Archives and Usage:
The MEES Program Office maintains an archive of still photos of research activities, the campuses, facilities, faculty and students, available as prints and/or electronic files. To obtain an image, please contact the MEES Program Office. Appropriate attribution must be made on all images.
The MEES Program Name and Logo:
The MEES Program name and logo are protected under federal law and may be used only with prior permission of the program office.
